We've been renting houses on a hand shake for decades but times have changed and so must we. The process for renting is pretty simple but requires time and money from you. At the encouragement of the Wenatchee Valley Rental Association we have decided to screen all of our prospective renters. The process is simple and offers some real benefits for the person serious about renting anywhere.
1) Please view our "Rental Criteria" for details on what we look for in a tenant.
2) Go to rentapplication.net/irlerentals
3) Complete the required application process. You now have proof for ANY potential landlord that you are a qualified applicant.
4) We will review the qualified applicants and decide which is the best fit for the property (s) we have available.
**We will require first and last months rent plus a deposit equal to the rent, a signed rental agreement and pet addendum (plus deposit & monthly fee) if necessary. All adults over 18 years old will need to be screened.
